Alternate Routes

For all US-50 Full Closures motorists are encouraged to use the signed detour or I-5 as an alternate route.

Caltrans also suggests using State Route 51 (Capital City Freeway/ Business 80) and/or Interstate 80 as alternate routes during construction.
